Tecnoinox has always offered its customers a professional and efficient service, which finds its strength in the custom-made production of the requested products, thanks to the close personal interaction that it establishes alongside the commercial relationship.

The development of the project consists of the following steps:

• • Customer's request analysis, cost calculation and resources allocation;

  • Project proposal, details validation and agreement with the customer;

  • Management of eventual during-work changes;

  • Installation and testing;

  • Customer training on the product working and usage;

  • Service, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;

  • Supply of necessary replacement parts;

  • Technical and commercial customer care.

Our company guarantees the use of high-quality materials with stainless steel products certified by suppliers. In addition, Tecnoinox is responsible for finding all the accessory components related to a product.

The manufacture and welding of the stainless steel products made by us are carried out exclusively by qualified operators according to EN287-1, certified by Ente Terzo (Istituto Italiano della Saldatura, Consorzio Europeo di Certificazione) involved in continuous and periodic surveillance and training plans.

Tecnoinox develops CE marked products and machines in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This is followed by the drafting of user- and maintenance manuals, technical files and food certification (when needed).

The deployment of these regulations allows to deliver safe and quality products, as well as it allows us at Tecnoinox to pursue cycles of continuous improvement of our products and performance.

All technical documentation of use and maintenance is sent to the customer and always kept available, in copy, at the internal technical archives.
